Mr Beetroot just turned thirty five and it is my first birthday as a member of the Steemit community. I just want to say thank you to my 800+ followers and friends for their continued support and for making my time here on Steemit an absolute pleasure.

I would like to thank God for allowing me to see yet another year. Being thirty-five comes with lots of mixed feelings as I am both grateful for being alive and on the other hand also realizing that I am getting older at a faster rate. If think back to my childhood days, I remember waiting for special days like my birthday to arrive but time used to drag along and it would feel like i am waiting forever but now time fly's by at a blink of an eye.
Just some words of wisdom from an older wiser me, live life as best you can, love and cherish each and every moment of it because time waits for nobody, enjoy this ride called life as it does not last forever.
