Ein weiteres interessantes Museum, was meiner Frau und ich besuchten, war das Luftmuseum in Amberg. Direkt in der Innenstadt von Amberg hinter der Basilika St. Martin wird der Besucher mit dem Ortsschild „Luftkunstort“ Amberg empfangen.
Neben dem Museum liegt ein sehr schöner Biergarten der vor und/oder nach dem Besuch die durstige Kehle benetzt. Das Museum ist aus meiner Sicht auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet da viele Ausstellungsstücke pneumatisch oder mit Luft bedient werden können.
Den Besucher erwarten, neben der aktuellen Sonderausstellung "AERIA – von Philipp Geist“
und großartigen Licht/Blitz Natur Aufnahmen
noch viele weitere skurrile und lustige Installationen wie:
- Das Blubbern der Ursuppe
- Ein fliegender Teppich
- Papierflieger Faltmaschine
- Vakuum Knutschfleck Pumpe

Air Museum Amberg
Another interesting museum that my wife and I visited was the Air Museum in Amberg. Directly in the city center of Amberg behind the Basilica St. Martin the visitor is welcomed with the place-name sign "Luftkunstort" Amberg.
Next to the museum there is a very nice beer garden that will wet your thirsty throat before and/or after your visit. From my point of view, the museum is in any case worth a visit and also very suitable for children as many exhibits can be operated pneumatically or with air.
The visitor expects, beside the current special exhibition "AERIA - by Philipp Geist"
and great light/flash nature shots
many more bizarre and funny installations like:
- The bubbling of the primeval soup
- A flying carpet
- Paper plane folding machine
- Vacuum hickey pump
