Studies show men think of sex about 19 times a day. Ha! Im not most men coz i think about it wat more than that. Hahaha.

Kidding aside, we live in a fast paced world that we often no longer pause to rethink and re evaluate our processes. Im so guilty of this and thanks to this post im reminded again.
