It is true that you have to buy more to save more(on premium) but yeah barrier to entry tends to be high for this. However i would rather stay committed and consistent in DCA even if in the long run i would end up paying more, in reality i wont be able to save up a huge amount for a big purchase as i will have the tendency to spend it on other stuff. So yeah for me having a monthly schedule is a way to keep me disciplined.
