Right now in a manner of speaking it's like I am already getting returns in the sense that the revenue i earn gets to pay the mortgage effectively increasing the equity towards the property. So it is not a return directly to my account that gets part of my disposable income. But the return is more towards the property itself. Hope i made sense here. hahahaha.
