I feel like the grading system is rigged and also changed in such a way so that only corporate places are really capable of complying with them. When Billy got his B the community rallied behind him stronger. He never made a big and public deal about it but the kitchen was exposed in the middle of the diner at his place. It's not like there was any funny business going on there.
The songs are remembered only by a select few. I know a couple of people that remember it, but it was a long time ago after all.
