that very well may be the case. I wonder if these college student apartments are kept reasonable. I know that I made very little money and didn't really have time to work all that often so it kind of needed to be. But these days I wonder if just nobody cares and if you don't have the cash, borrow it... that sort of mentality to just put students in more and more debt.
