Back when I was still participating in FB I would have someone say "come on, you are better than that" and i felt the same way that you did when someone said they were "trying to help make you a better person." The arrogance in these people is unreal.

I don't know many race fixated people and perhaps I should consider myself lucky for this. We have a multi-cultural area where I am and it never really comes up. I was asking some of the Mexican Americans that work on my job sites how they feel about how everything is called racist all the time and they just laughed and said "that's gringo shit dude, we don't think about that."

I think that there are a lot of people that get duped into being a race hustler because of social media and the desire to be part of a movement, even if that movement isn't really helping anyone.
