What a crazy situation you have over there. THe people who benefit from the trucks would rather see the people in the community not have water at all rather than not have to use their overpriced trucks.

I seem to remember that you are getting out of there. I can't imagine living somewhere that simple electricity and water are things you cannot count on having all the time.
