I like to believe (probably incorrectly) that enough of the world's population got so fed up after the last time that they would never allow this to happen again. While I can say this with confidence about my own part of the world, I do know that there are people that still wear masks in other parts of USA and seem to really relish the idea of being locked down by daddy government again.
