That depends highly on communication. @socraticmthd (who will enjoy this article and some of the comments I read so far) and I have very, very different opinions on quite a few topics, yet we're able to communicate our arguments very well. Most of the times, we both can be moody. Sometimes, we don't get to a conclusion as it is a matter of believes where rational arguments just can't bring us closer. That doesn't mean we're divided per se, but we agree to disagree.
Most divisions can be prevented with proper communication. And it is somewhat mentioned in a few topics that the LLM lists, like distorting language. But I'd add to the list:
