One of the things that Ducrecio (boy did he choose a weird nickname!) were talking about was using those aprons for pictures - but only the aprons. Nothing else. Then make a calendar out of that, with different business owners from Cotacachi, and donate the profit to some good cause. Like firemen, just cooks :-D
