Subs Sandwich Bar is located in the Center of Cotacachi, offering a variety of sandwiches, burgers and other products. Unfortunately, they didn't have my favorite yesterday, which is the Lentil Burger - so I settled for a Falafel Sandwich. With a home-made soy-based curry mayonnaise, it's a great and very filling option.
There's a garden in the back of the restaurant, with a lot of recycled flower pots on the wall, a very friendly cat and many plants all around. Instead of grass, mint is covering the soil. It's a very special place indeed.
