Tuesday is pizza day at @galtencotacachi ! As some ingredients are hard to get during the strikes, @dlca got creative and made it with tofu and a special preparation of dried mushrooms - delightful!

Lily wanted something different, so she ordered the same BUT with pineapple and pesto. She was very pleased, too, and ate half the pizza! the rest is dinner.
