From time to time, I'm not in the mood to make breakfast. It's a good thing to live above a restaurant that has a delicious adaption of what's called a Farmer's Breakfast in Germany - scrambled potato with onion, tofu, pickles, an english Muffin, hummus and salad. Yummy and filling!
