Hi all,
So, I managed to go for a bike ride today but unfortunately my phone didn't record the activity so you'll just have to my word on this. I rode to my local book store which was quite pleasant then to the beach. Unfortunately my bike now has a flat tire! The steps recorded are mine from just moving around at home where I did laundry, vacuuming and general chores. Busy busy!
