It’s been an amazing ride in 2023, joining the blockchain and meeting new people. Learning new things as well. I must say that one of the best things that happened to me in 2023 was getting to know about Hive and more on web3. My horizon has been opened and I am so glad I took a bold step and joined the blockchain.
Well, I am starting 2024 with a Hive Power Up Day Post. Everyone would be setting goals for 2024. It’s funny how from the middle of 2023, I had my goals for 2024. Well life goals that I hope to achieve before 2024 come to an end. I have placed myself at a point where it is a must to succeed this year and move ahead so that is what is going to happen.
I am certain I just need to be more consistent on the blockchain, I haven’t been so consistent for a few days due to personal reasons but this year it is something I need to work on, balancing my life on hive and my life offline. This way I get to boost my engagement more. Read more posts, leave more meaningful comments, and also engage well with more authors.
I will try to learn how to do a weekly evaluation of my growth to monitor my progress bit by bit. It hasn’t been a smooth ride but it is not a terrible one either.
Being on the blockchain I have been made to understand how important it is to power up so hopefully I try to power up regularly no matter how little.
The blockchain has added value to me, I will be dedicating my 2024, to looking for ways to add value to the blockchain one way or another and letting the world know more about the web3 platform and its benefits.
In 2023 I learnt new things but in 2024, I am open to learning more. We stop learning when we die, I am open to trying out new things and since I am starting the year with a growth mindset I am sure I will sail through no matter the hurdles.
Starting a new career path in 2024, I know the journey won’t be easy but then I am ready to start something new and I will make it a priority to share my progress with the community.
In this New Year I will work on my fear of failure which has limited me to trying new things as I go with the mentality of what if it doesn’t work out, this fear has made me lose certain things. It’s better to take the risk and try something new. Most times we tend to learn from our mistakes and then make improvements. So I am going to be doing just that.
When it comes to my finances. I will be working on this properly, outlining what is important and getting them done. I will be developing a saving plan this year which will help me know how to go about my finances. I have realized how effective financial goal setting is and I am not taking it for granted.
