I won’t say I have never been in a situation where I slowly pick up my bags and move out of a room wishing I could use one of my super powers to teleport to a very safe place. The truth is, we all have been rejected one way or the other. I’m not talking about an instance where you deeply wished he never said no or the point where you skipped a route of your life just because you weren’t sure of who got your back.

Rejection in this case will be a full blown out of someone bluntly saying a bigger NO to your face with a beam of happiness and smile on theirs. It will never ever seem relatable to most of us and I don’t wish to walk this road with the unknown because this very road is for the ones with extra misfortune because that is what some people think of themselves when they get rejected. Making me understand the reason why some of us finds it very difficult to accept the fact that we are not always wanted by a particular set of people even when that is where our heart wants to be.

Systematically withdrawal will do most of us good when it comes to dealing with people. Coming to the point where you totally understand the fact that it is fine to get a million NO from people will make us realize that life is actually not as difficult as we think it is. The problem is, we always seek for a spot in everybody’s life, forgetting that you cannot get everyone to love you or appreciate what you do. Some people are just there to see if you are going to fail, some are waiting patiently to see if you are going to give up and buy to their weightless lies they have about you.

Some people consciously crave approval from the world, they always want to know what the world think of them and how much possibilities the world can make out for them. Some of us needs a wakeup call from our shallow thought that the world actually cares about what we do and who we will eventually turn out to be.

I put it to all of us that we have all been made to believe that we have to seek some kind of validation from the world before we can be who we actually want to be. Have we ever looked at the brighter side of being rejected and having to accept it? But still goes into our rooms and prepare for our come back to be better and bigger. The world will never understand why you do the things you do, they might never even get to buy the idea of why you have chosen to consistently and deliberately commit to a thing.

Rejection can always be that one thing that makes the real picture clearer because I feel it is a force that pushes us to do better. if only we will take the time to consciously have a deep thought and also re-strategize to do better.

So when you get pushed away, take out time to go back to your closet and push out every determination and courage for the magic the world hasn’t seen before. Rejection might come from your immediate family or a friend or even a best friend.

I personally think that if we can actually make ourselves understand that we are all humans who aren’t perfect, we will get to put up with the sudden rejection by someone we never expected to have done such. Put yourself in a position where you know that it is fine for people not to turn out the way you have always pictured.

It may leave you in shock and surprise but the truth is we are all human and when growth comes into the picture, we should learn to expect more than we can imagine.
