One of the things I have decided to make a forever tradition is self-care. I made the decision to take myself out and do that which makes me happy or what would put a smile on my face. I began to implement this new decision early last year for once a month and I am glad that I followed through on it.

Now this year 2025, certain thinhs came up that I couldn't find time to take myself out as usual. There was enormous workload from almost every corner and all through January, I didn't keep to that decision. February came and the same thing wanted to play out again but for a small break we had at work, February would have passed me by.

The two days break was very useful as I made use of day one to "sleep like a log" and I used day two to visit an MTN office around my locale. Those in my country can testify to the radical way that sim cards were blocked. These network service providers blocked our sim cards, prohibiting us from making calls. My MTN sim card has been blocked since November and I hae not been able to visit their office to unblock it. So my second day of break was used to do just that.

The process of unblocking my sim card lasted about an hour as there were other customers with complaints. When I was done with that aspect, something whispered to me, telling me that I could use the free time on my hands to take care of myself and trust me I listened to the whisper gladly.

I asked around about a good eatery around and I was given directions. Tje lace wasn't even far from the MTN office. It was just one minute walking distance away and I walked there. The decor of the eatery was quite interesting and inviting. I had to take pictures of the spot close to my table.

I couldn't help but admire the beautiful interior and paontings that the place had. Well, not to attract suspicion, I ordered and bean to eat my food in peace 馃榿. I had already finished eating before I remembered that I should javr taken pictures of it.

After spending some good money and time there, I tiok my leave and went home to go and sleep some more馃榿.

I hooe you enjoy looking at the pictures like I did. I m not a photographer but I like to share stories using pictures.
