Greetings everyone, I welcome you all cheerily to my blog. Hope you're having a great day?
It's Monday again and that means bye-bye weekend....!
I consider it a great privilege to share my thoughts and motivate you all.
The world is getting more difficult to live in by the day. It's like any time the dawn breaks, there is a challenge to conquer, waiting for you at your door step.
Today I will be sharing the need to use our words positively.
Not to others this time around but to and on yourself.
We are also human and we need a pat on our backs as well, every once in a while, especially when we have done so far others out there, sharing in their pain and their joy.
Now it's time to take care of you.... don't be scared, hehe. It costs nothing to do so. I won't prescribe a drug or a cosmetic or hair shampoo no no no. All we need is your mouth.
Words are powerful and I am very mindful of how I use my words when relating to others. I take into account and cognition the need to sow as a seed, good words into others and by extension myself.
That's why my title states ...
I affrim...
Affirmation connotes asserting or stating truths
How often do you affirm or state truths about yourself?
You are a hard worker, a loyal friend, a devoted parent, a diligent employee. These are truths
Like Dettol antiseptic liquid advert states...
If you don't take care of yourself...who will?
Yes who will and that's why today we are going to affirm truths over ourselves and carry it on throughout the week and hopefully, it becomes a habit.
Wherever you are, just take a few seconds, breathe in deeply and exhale, relax, dit comfortably and join me to affirm these words over yourself. In fact let's do it together ok...
- I affirm that I am the best there is.
*I affirm that I can overcome every task or challenge before me.
I affirm that I am strong and resilient.
- I affirm that I am beautiful or handsome馃槡
I affirm that I have a sound mind.
I affirm that I am capable.
I affirm that things will work for my good today.
I affirm that I am equal to the task.
I affirm that I am loved and loveable.
I affirm that i am at peace with myself.
I affirm that I am content with who I am and where I am right right now.
Did you do it?.... wonderful (claps). The good news is you just received a boost mentally as your brain has been programmed to work with your thoughts and your words.
My advice is that you continue in this habit even when you don't feel like it.......do it.
You will find that life will be more doable and stress will be far from you.
Have a great week everyone!
Thanks for reading...Shalom.
