What makes a well dressed man? Good question. Of course it comes down to the clothes themselves to some degree however it also comes down to how a man "wears" his clothing. You could dress to different people in the exact same thing and one would "wear it well" and the other not resulting in one being well dressed and the other not.

I also agree with you that a person should know when to dress a certain way and when not to. As for girls, I think the same applies.

Unfortunately we live in a superficial world where people are quick to judge on appearance only which I believe can close doors to them, remove possible opportunities for better relationships.
