I've had a lovely weekend so far working in my garden which was in need of a little love and am happy to say it's looking quite nice now; it's amazing how much difference a little effort can make and how nice it's made me feel after what has been a reasonably difficult week for many reasons. Spending time in my garden really helps though, it makes me feel connected with it and myself and that helps me to see things with greater perspective.
My man is busy doing something at the moment and I have some time to do a quick little post here and share some music I've been listening to.
He's a little out of sorts right now, not that he'd admit it to anyone but me, and then only under sufferance. I feel for him knowing there's nothing he can actively change or deal with currently and that doesn't sit well with him; he like to be the driver in his life and not the passenger. He's coping though and doing a few hours of the work he's doing currently will help, much like me with my garden; repetitive actions that don't require much thought.

Here's another Saturday Selections installment, one of a series of posts in which I share some music I've been listening to. I know you won't like everything I select and that's ok, it's my selection after all. If you like music and want to share some with the rest of us you're free to do so and maybe you'll even help someone find some music they haven't already discovered. If you wish to use the #saturdayselections tag that's ok too, it's a free space to do as you wish.
