The social reality that surrounds us, as a direct consequence of the global crisis in which we are involved, positions us directly in situations of precariousness and need that are terribly unjustified and painful. We may not be able to create job opportunities, or offer expectations of a hopeful near future. Maybe we can close our eyes, cross our arms, expose speeches and evaluations about it.
BUT WHAT IF WE CAN HELP. HUMANIZE OUR CONCEPT OF EMPATHY TO SUFFERING AND UPDATE OUR VALUES.
It is essential to collaborate, any of us can be submitted without wanting, without waiting, with little margin of decision, in a situation of imminent and precarious social disadvantage.
At present, the "normal", usual and current, is that people live isolated from others, centered in a selfish circle while they benefit more and more from self-help for their own privilege.
Helping another human being can be an inconvenience or a minimum of inconvenience, but it can offer us advantages worthy of experimenting.
Compassion, charity and kindness will triple and be transmitted contagiously.
We will feel good people with others, and better with ourselves.
We will be responsible for the benefits in the lives of others. (Although they are short or short moments)
This world and its filling ... in which we are immersed, will be more attractive and much better.
If you think about it, today you could help: it is not necessary to think.
Improve your life and that of others: go out to the street, smile, be kind, affectionate.
If you have a hole, go there where you know very well that one hour of yours is half a year of life and hope for others.
Offer, give away, and get rid of everything that you do not use but that still serves others.
Stop to help anyone who needs it. Go back if you see difficulties or situations that you can alleviate. Do not look and pass by long. (Remember that you can also be on the opposite side.)
Listen out. With detail, with caution, with understanding. Being part of the relief of others only requires our time.
They are small ideas.
But go out into the street, try to see how one feels when you return.
