At my last post I mentioned about some users who downvotes other users without a reason and I asked what could be done.
I got my answer after researching about this and found an answer, I would like to share with you.
They may be reported and their steem power can be taken back, so they cannot downvote any user anymore.
Just wanted to give information to you.
