It has the neccesary ammount of staked sps in the preproposal stage, move it straight to a regular proposal stage. The sooner this passes, the better. A very welcomed change, that sounds like a real solution

they are able to purchase some more - they are for sale at 5k dec if you haven't noticed. Also there are plenty on tribaldex way cheaper ... just saying.
