There is this shitty thing I notice that gives me headache each time it happens. I discovered that things often get halt any time its my turn. Let me share some experience. Sometimes when I go to the ATM to withdrawal, there is always a long queue and I will have to join and wait for a long time before it reaches my turn. When the time comes for me to get the machine to dispense, It displays "TEMPORARY UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH" . After waiting on the queue for hours all I get is the shit message on the screen . I can't remember how many times this had happened to me. Others will withdrawl without any challenge. My turn is always the other way round. I was forced one day to ask whether there is someone hacking my account from withdrawing. The Bank staffs laughed. They said it was as result of money shortage in the machine. Of cos I know but I was frustrated. Some people call it bad luck. I hate it. I need to find a way around it. I had to change the time I go to the ATM for Withdrawal. I go there early in the morning or late in the night when there won't be crowd and it worked well for me. It was a very awkward thing I went through for a long time until I was able to cut it through timing.
