Hi there! I'm glad you got some time to press pause and unwind a little. Loved the look of the notebook in that photo! It definitely conveys that sense of nostalgia.

Writing down thoughts on paper is great for reflecting and putting things in perspective; I've become quite fond of keeping a journal. Every day, no matter how busy, I take at least a few minutes to leave in handwriting a happy moment, an accomplishment, a goal and/or the steps I'll take to achieve it.
