The small old town can be reached from Porta Vecchia. From there on the left hand there is a small parfume shop with niche perfumes. If you want some special gift from Polignano, check there the Profumi di Polignano Senza tempo. You will take home a part of the Adriatic sea breath ;)
The streets with beautiful old churches will amaze you. You can get lost yourself in the small streets, from where you will definitely reach one of 3 panoramic terraces that offering breathtaking views:
