Well, over 50 such coins, then 3-400$ is probably a good deal even only for the silver. But that was much cheaper 10 years ago, of course.
Cartoonish... well, perhaps some of them, yes. Like De Gaulle, the nose with a attached president... :)
Other are less funny though. Stalin most of all. But overall it sounds like veritable list of criminals. Often Nixon is portraied as the great villain - but actually he was not that bad, compared to other US presidents. He ended the Vietnam war (well, he "let it end"), before he started the good will campaign with China. The Watergate thing was just peanuts really. Such stuff happens all the time, I bet.
I mean, look at George Bush sr and George Wanker Bush, who started half a dozen wars combined. Not a bad score for just one family.
