At the end of the day its meaningless what the freaks in futures trade do. What counts is, what physical silver (and gold) actually costs if you try to buy it. I doubt there will be any for sale below $30/oz before tax.
And concidering the supply situation, inflation and the geopolitical situation I doubt very much that the prices will fall ever again. Not in todays currencies anyway, unless massive amounts of metal are being discovered.
