Can't you tell it to leave the hands out of the frame, or to cover them with something? That would solve at least that big problem, which seems to be always present.
It's quite strange, this hand problem, don`t you agree? The AI can create perfect faces, background, clothes and all that - but it cannot produce a even half decent hand. Sure, hands are difficult, but it must be somehow doable.
