The business model behind this game sound much like a rip off. From what you are decribing, it does not have much more to offer than PCars 2 when it has the right settings (which, admittedly, is a science in itself). It reminds me a lot of some "free to play" games, like "Warships" and "world of Tanks" on the PS. In those, you can play for free, but for any decent game experience you have to buy add ons for hundreds of dollars. I once fell for something similar: Zen Pinball. Over time, I bought about 100 tables for it, for about 3 to 5 dollars each. They are mostly real good fun - but it was a lot of money as well.
