What I like on the F1 is, that they look so authentic. Because it has the full license it can have the original liveries and track looks. In some other sims, like PCars 2, they dont have the licenses for most advertisement, so it doesn't look like it does on TV. I always thought this is pretty stupid - it would be free advert space for the companies, if they allow the use of their logos in the sim. In the real racing they pay lots of money to appear on the cars or on billboards. Not that I'm keen to see adverts, but its just part of the realistic look.
