I read about this movie, its Marvel's approach to squeeze some more cash out of their asian viewership. All the Chinese and other Asians like to see one of them being a Superhero, too, instead of Americans all the time ( not looking so realistic lately anyway).
So if this movie is making good money we can expect to see a lot more of the kind in future.
And then some more with Latin-American Superheros, African Superheros, Australian Aboriginee Superheros, Inuit Superheros and so on. Although, the later are so small in numbers that Marvel probably doesn't give a shit about what they want.
