That is a mole, so just let it go again. They can be a bit annoying, as they make mole hills in lawns and such. But generally they are useful, they eat worms and maggots that live underground and that may attack your garden vegetables. They do not go at garbage bags or run around at the suface, since they are predators that hunt underground.
Its very rare to find them on the surface, so if its not causing you problems just let it go its way.
