I have pretty much given up on that Star Wars stuff, similar to the super hero movies. Although, I admit, I did watch a few of the Marvel movies lately, and they are - well... lets say ok. Some more ok than other, but always with lots of explosions and so on.
What put me off with the Star Wars Saga is, that they take this too seriously. All those relations between people, back and forth in time, who wants to memorize all that? Even the Greek mythology looks like a short story, compared to that.

Btw., I watched "Ready Player One" the other day, and if you have not yet, I can honestly recommend that one. Its pure computer animated action like the Marvel movies , only better, combined with contemporary SciFi writing. A pretty close conversion of the novel by Ernest Cline, a little compacted of course, but true to the story line. And produced by Steven Spielberg, so sure not amateur work.
A good handfull of M&M's for entertainment value, none left for Oscar potential I'm afraid. Except for SFX may be.
