Man, you are getting a bit mixed up with your videos here, changing it to one that has nothing to do with that HEX video.
But anyway... Is HEX a scam? May be. May be all cryptos are in a way. Certainly the way things are going in the crypto realm are far from being legit. I mean, look at it: 4900 crypto currencies now? And all are supposed to have value? That is rediculous. Even more so than the fiat currencies that governments produce.
I really wish I could look into the future , 100 or 200 years, and see what people then say about this time period. May be they will laugh their heads off about how naive we were and comparing us to the greedy 17. century tulip mania speculants. Who knows...
