Have a look at this video, here they are racing some of those cars you have shown here, on the Bathurst race track. Which is seriously crazy. They are somewhat careful not to wreck their cars, but the car from which the video was made, must be something really fast. And the driver knows it, and the track very well. I told you before, Bathurst always drove me crazy, I just can't get it right there. Even with modern cars that perform much better than those things from the 60s and 70s.
