Vegetable plate from a recent day trip
They say good health is wealth. If that is the case then I'm grateful for the version of wealth that I have today. We never know when we will reach the time of here today gone tomorrow so we live each day appreciating the gift that is life and make a concerted effort to take the actions that will keep us alive and thriving.
We received some sad news recently that someone who had been in our circle passed away suddenly. Though we have questions and there is much we still don't understand, the news hit hard as our friend was by no means elderly and appeared to be in good health. We never know when the folks we interact with on the daily will take their final breath so let's make good with the time we have.
In the coming weeks, like having the vegetables on my plate, I intend to be more intentional about joining activities that are good for my health and well being in the long run.
Hoping to connect with some family members over the weekend. These times of family connection always revive me.I'm committed to keeping these positive energizing bonds.
Stay connected, stay safe.
