I'm having flash backs of STEEM and the circle jerk gang. I get a sweet upvote from #BROFUND auto because well I'm part of the club. I don't try to abuse the priviledge of a nice fat upvote and post perhaps 5 times a week. I really don't want to abuse the circle jerk.
But I have to say where is the money really coming from? I am seeing crazy payouts for 3 paragraph written blogs. Some of them are just MOVIE or show reviews and getting up to $100 upvote each time.
Rewards do not seem to make sense and sustainability for such bullshit makes me question Hive all together. Of course the technology is great, but marketcap is marketcap. Reward pool is for everyone including the massive abuse that is taking place. I should just unfollow so I can live in ignorance and not write my own shit-piece like this.
Again scalability is one thing, free transactions another.. but we have seen many good chains come and go. Adoption in practice can happen but how is monetization in any way sustainable. Here you go! 50/50. Now to be fair some of this whale circle jerk votes get powered up in some cases. As you know I am powering down just to switch into some #BTC.
Utilization of the graphene technology is vital. Blogging should of course be a social avenue for communities but the technology must expand to other uses. Hive is a great game to use games on with the free transactions. As well I have been told new fork for the #Hive blockchain will make RC credits a thing of the past. It's hard for people to adopt crypto especially if one coin is 0.59 cents. More expensive is not always better.
In any case just my thoughts on a shit post. Lemme know what you think? Probably no solution as it's been the same thing plaguing this chain.
