I hear you. Deflation is the beast. I will say that there is inflation here with the prices of homes. Gold and Silver I still think you should have in your portfolio in. Obviously doesn't seem there is money velocity. Everything has it's time to shine regardless of the fundamentals. I think we have said it before it's Japanifaction Stagflation?
