I just want to speak to an OPERATOR! So when you finally speak to a live human being you have a %50 chance of getting disconnected or you are speaking to an agent who lives in another continent and has absolutely nothing to do with the business you are calling.
I know this is globalization, and I know this has all been said before. Technology, travel, communication have all been upgraded, improved.. but why are we so far apart?
