"What Is a Hard Landing?
A hard landing refers to a marked economic slowdown or downturn following a period of rapid growth. The term "hard landing" comes from aviation, where it refers to the kind of high-speed landing that—while not an actual crash—is a source of stress as well as potential damage and injury. The metaphor is used for high-flying economies that run into a sudden, sharp check on their growth, such as a monetary policy intervention meant to curb inflation. Economies that experience a hard landing often slip into a stagnant period or even recession."
Although I somewhat disagree with "following a period of rapid growth". In fact I think we are going to be slammed to the ground for at least a decade.
They know it, we know it and it's just going to happen. I guess history is full of struggling while Elites twiddle their thumbs laughing. It's hard for me to judge because human beings are fickle. Silver spoons from birth can certainly warp your brain unless you are a 'free thinker'.

Why was Moshe (Moses) so special? Well for one he was part of the Elite and yet knew he was different. He cared about the suffering of others. Being born with a silver spoon in your mouth can certainly make you look the other way. Who wants to acknowledge that which is uncomfortable? Who wants to take the silver spoon away from themselves?
Not only that, those of us armed with knowledge about what is really going on often pits us against friends and even family who are suffering from 'slavery'. Overt slavery and hidden slavery are two different things. I do think we are in a slave system but it was masked for a time. Now the mask is being ripped off and people do not understand why they are suffering. Clearly everyone's standard of living is being challenged.
The answer isn't emancipation without changing the whole system. Slavery of the mind is systemic all over the world. The effects of power structures on the mind is something very hard to comprehend and to deal with no matter how 'woke' you are. Yes I used the word systemic but not in the 'racist' sense. School do not teach about debt based slave systems. School's do not teach about fiscal responsibility. It's by design and it's breaking down to a feudal system. There's actually nothing much we can do aside from 'prepping'. However when systems break down it tends to destroy the standard of living for everyone. This can even include those born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
Even wealthy individuals will have to deal with high crime, less products, less service, less comfort. At the end of the day we are all going to be effected by such a foolish system based upon artificiality. So get ready all you want. Sometimes it's going to just come down to using your brains and prayer.
