DCITY Leasing Agreement until cancelled June 21 2020

I @bearbear613 hereby lease my Mining operation (+6% BTC TECH) to @themightyvolcano. The @mightyvolcano promises to pay for the lease daily at 3% of his total SIM per day. The lease can be cancelled at any time within a 24 hour period of termination.
