This week i want to write something about the beast "Chaos Dragon". This is i.m.o. one of the strongest monsters that is out there.
Also I like to play dragon often when there are high mana matches especially with life team in that case.

Rarity: LAGENDARY
Element: DRAGON
Attack: MAGIC
Abilities: FLYING, SCATTERSHOT, BLAST and BLIND
Love to say this is one of the legendary monster that i have leveled up for gold level.
Look at the abilities flying/scattershot/blast and blind. Lots of health shields and decent damage output.
Normally i do not like scattershot but with monsters that also have blast it becomes a lot of fun.
With these rule sets all monster have snipe and knock-out and divine shield abilities.
Based on the splinters it will be melee or ranged attack i think. So a good opportunity to use Quix the Devious in combinations with the Chaos Dragon
The Blast will help get some extra shields down in the first few rounds.
Target Practice:
All monsters have the snipe ability. This ability targets enemy monsters with range, magic, or no attack that aren't in the first position.
Heavy Hitters:
All monsters gain the knock-out ability so when a opponent is stunned all monsters will do double damage.
Holy Protection:
All monster have divine shield. First hit is absorbed

Djinn Chwala (lvl 5)
Love the thorns ability and a great tank imo. Expecting some melee monsters and fire has no thorns monster or at least CL does not have any on gold level.
Carnage Titan (lvl 2)
Another great monster with reach so it can attack from the second position. Double strike it will do some nice damage.
Void Dragon (lvl 3)
Because this monster has phase, which makes it possible to evade magic attacks.
When magic monster are used the damage is reduced and with ranged attack it has a nice evade chance. The snipe ability of my opponent (based on the rule set) this will probably be the targeted monster.
Spirit Hoarder (lvl 2)
Heal my star monster of this week, when the chaos dragon is attacked it can be healed by the Spirit Hoarder. Else the Spirit Hoarder will also heal the Void Dragon. Triage heals all monster except the first position.
Gargoya Devil (lvl 6)
To diversify the attack line with also a ranged monster with 3 damage.
Chaos Dragon (lvl 3)
Star of this week a strong backline. It will help taking down divine shields with the blast and it might hit anybody with the scattershot.

Start :
Pretty similar setup. The lava launcher is a good choice because of the stun that might cause some trouble. My opponent will be missing the chaos dragon blast monster i.m.o.
The snipe ability is making my void dragon the primary target for Lava launcher and Supply Runner. Note that the Dhampir Infiltrator does not gain the snipe ability because this only applies to ranged and magic monsters.
Round 1:
Lots have happened already in this in this round, normal attack/thorn damage/heals blast. The Dhampir Infiltrator is hurting my chaos dragon because of the cripple.
The rest is still standing also my opponent still has a strong team.
Void dragon is stunned😌.
Round 2:
Void dragon stunned again, good choice to bring the lava launcher. Nice attack of my chaos dragon hitting the Supply Runner doing blast damage on both sides. Also killing two of his frontline monster. Makes me take the lead in this battle.
Round 3:
Some misses on my side. That does not matter my team has taken over control now.
Next round it will be over.
Round 4:
Its over.. The Dhampir Infiltrator has taken down quite a bit of health with the cripple but my chaos dragon just to strong in the back.
Hope to convince you why I love this monster and how it is an very powerful monster.
Strategy worked like a charm. Next up some more battle where this monster shines.
