@himal I didn't copy from any site. I always get some tips from an health app and make more research about it. I think the writer of the link cheetah posted also used the same app because if you check her website, what she wrote is different from mine except for the remedy aspects. I don't copy and paste, I make findings in different apps and websites. Thank you sir.
