Liv In Evening Dress
Since 2015 when I opened my studio (which is sadly now closed) I have always organised and run shoots in aid of different charities that are close to my heart or hosted charity shoots that friends have organised. I think over that time, running day charity shoots, 24 hour shoot marathons, helping a friend with a “fat lads” calendar I think me and my photographer and model friends have raised over £8000 for various charities. I’m not saying this to brag but more to show how selfless some of my friends can be. And it’s another reason why, on the whole, I love the photography community.

These shots are from the most recent charity shoot, which was for a local homeless charity just before last Christmas. We raised over £600 on this shoot, which was held at a now (sadly defunct) studio in Sleaford and feature Liv.

Liv is a joy to work with and extremely photogenic. She is as “barmy” as they come when not on set (and boy can she eat). But get her in front of a camera and she just becomes this professional uber-model. All business-like and creative.

There will probably be more images from this shoot to come over the next few weeks as we were lucky to have some brilliant models on the day. And it may be time for me to start organising the next charity shoot.
