I like how you outlined your agenda.
As regards house cleaning, I love the strategy you've planned to use but the painful truth is that corruption is embedded in our DNA. Its at all organizations including private sectors. Sometimes, I do wonder if we've been cursed to be corrupt in everything we do. I'm really tired of it.
