One of the best flights in my life was with Korean Air. I flew from Seoul to Frankfurt, the service was great, the food was normal (a rarity for airlines), and even the economy class seemed comfortable. When I needed to change the departure date, I had to contact korean air. The operators were in touch even at night, and everything was processed without penalties, taking into account a valid reason.
