Certainly looks weak as hell. But yeh, maybe they were just guaranteed to get away with it because we all wanted CUBfinance to make a good show of its first IDO. In that respect it is a success in my eyes.
Obviously it would be nice not to have to mar that with a dirty rug pull, so lets just hope its more of a damp squib than a scam.... hehe.
Its probably a good idea to get out now, but the lazy hodler in me says screw it.
